This community conversation will be hosted by Illinois Coalition of Immigrant and Refugee Rights (ICIRR), Sargent Shriver National Center on Poverty Law and CommunityHealth in collaboration with The Chicago Community Trust’s Annual On the Table.  The purpose of this discussion will be to talk about access to health care at the national level down to the neighborhood level. The goal is to learn and strategize what role each of us can play in achieving access to health care for all.
