Meghan Phillipp

Meghan Phillipp is the inaugural Executive Director of HC3 (Health Care Council of Chicago), an initiative of MATTER and Third Horizon Strategies. HC3 is an action-oriented collaborative that brings together leaders from across the health care system to address Chicago’s most important health-related issues. In this role, she facilitates the core operating activities, oversees the development of the organization’s strategic goals and cultivates partnerships and opportunities to improve the health of local communities. Meghan is also a member of the Third Horizon Strategies leadership team as a Managing Director, advising on strategic projects and contributing to the growth and development of the company.

 

Meghan has over nine years of diverse experience in the fields of development, marketing, and community engagement. Throughout her career she has worked in start-ups and nonprofits, developing programming and events, building sustainable relationships, and fostering new and innovative ideas. Prior to her current roles, Meghan was the Corporate Relations and Special Events Manager at CommunityHealth and remains supportive of the mission by serving as an Associate Board Member.

 

Meghan has a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Music with a Minor in Theatre Arts from Lawrence University and is a 2022 Baumhart Scholar MBA Candidate at Loyola University of Chicago’s Quinlan School of Business. She has also received a certification in Digital Marketing from General Assembly.
