Zac Steele resides in Chicago, Illinois, and has been in the healthcare consulting industry for 5+ years. As a Senior Consultant of EY’s business consulting practice, his focus is on promoting strategic, operational excellence, and transformative actions to support his clients.

In his prior experiences as a management consultant, Zac has provided large-scale strategy deployment, business transformation, and service delivery across both public and private healthcare sectors. He has specific experience in developing effective tools and assets, industry-leading methods, and go-to-market strategies to support both payer and provider organizations.

Zac has a Bachelor’s in the Science of Health Management from Howard University and a Master’s of Health Systems Administration from Georgetown University. He is a certified Lean Six Sigma Blackbelt, Project Management Professional (PMP), and Prosci Certified Change Practitioner. In his spare time, Zac volunteers with the Health Care Council of Chicago and the Community Health Associate Board to support improving the social welfare of his community.
