Build community. Join a network. Elevate access and dismantle barriers - all at your own pace. We welcome and invite neighbors, community leaders, and patients to join our movement for quality health care for all.
This year, CommunityHealth is proud to launch our All-Involved program! Join us as we kick off this exciting initiative with a vibrant block party, complete with food, live music, interactive activities, guided clinic tours, and opportunities to discover how you can help advance our mission of delivering health care for all.

The mission of CommunityHealth is to serve people without essential health care. Our vision is quality health care for all.
CommunityHealth is one of the largest volunteer-based health centers in the nation. We provide primary and specialty care, medications, lab testing, mental health services, and health education at no charge to low-income, uninsured and underinsured adults in Chicago.
The All Involved program invites anyone invested in building a system where everyone has access to the right health care, at the right time, in the right place to join the conversation. Join us in cultivating an inclusive, accessible, and truly effective health care safety net.
Whether you’re an individual or an organization, find your path to supporting culturally competent care with All Involved through events, fundraising, partnerships, and more. Choose from three branches based on your interests and abilities: Advocate, Ambassador, or Allies. You can learn more about All Involved here.
Thank you for your support as we pave the way to build a healthier Chicago by rethinking space and place for care.
