At CommunityHealth, our patients, volunteers, staff, and supporters embody these three traits. This year, we honored and celebrated our community and achievements at the All In Celebration!
At the Celebration, we presented the Catalyst for Care Award to the AbbVie Foundation, in recognition of their partnership to expand our microsite model. With the AbbVie Foundation’s support, we are able to bring care closer to home for many underserved Chicago residents.
The All In™ Chicago event series based in education, thought leadership, and networking to generate solutions of quality health care for all. Industry professionals, corporate partners, community leaders, students, and you are invited to raise awareness and nurture collaboration.
