Community in Action: An Evening for Health Care Access
Presented by the CommunityHealth Associate Board in collaboration with Patagonia
CommunityHealth believes health care is a human right. Patagonia believes strong communities are built when people show up for one another. On March 6, those values come together for an evening rooted in connection, generosity, and impact.
This social fundraiser invites our community into Patagonia’s space for a relaxed, meaningful night, featuring live music, food, drinks, raffle prizes, and special partner discounts. All proceeds support CommunityHealth’s mission to provide primary care, specialty care, dental, vision, and behavioral health services to uninsured and underinsured adults across Chicago.
Tickets for this event are $50 through the registration form and $60 at the door. Register through the button above today!

6:30 PM - Event Begins. Doors open for an evening of community, connection, and celebration. Food stations and the bar open will remain available until 8:45 PM.
6:30–8:45 PM: Enjoy live performances throughout the evening, featuring Chris Zonada and Michael Damani.
7:30 PM: CommunityHealth Mission Moment: A short, inspiring program highlighting CommunityHealth’s mission and impact.
8:45 PM: Join us for the raffle drawing before the evening wraps up.
9:00 PM: Departures Begin
*Raffle Tickets will be available for 1 for $10, 3 for $25, 10 for $50. Guests enjoy 20% off Patagonia merchandise throughout the evening. Wine Toss will remain open until sold out. Raffle tickets will be available for purchase until 8:30pm.
